All closings are insured and underwritten by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, formerly known as Mississippi Valley Title. If needed, the company can have prepared most any legal document related to a closing transaction, including, but not limited to, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, and guarantees. The company’s fee structure depends upon the type of closing and is usually provided to the individual or lender upon request.

The company is an approved closing agent for most every local, regional, FNMA, SBA, FHA, and VA lender.
